Group Lease Public Company Limited announced that the Audit Committees' Meeting No. 5/2021 held on 27 May 2021 (the "Meeting"), where it was considered and resolved in the Meeting to approve the appointment of Mr. Thanaphon Kongjieng as the Chairman of the Audit Committee. The aforementioned appointment shall be effective on 27 May 2021, onward.
