Subject:	Notification of the Postponement of Disclosure of the Financial Statements for the
	six-month period ended 30th June 2022

As per Group Lease Public Company Limited (the "Company") has to disclose the financial statements for the six-month period ended 30th June 2022 of the Company reviewed by the external auditor within 45 days from the ended of quarter or within 15th August 2022 but due the Company is on the progress of discussion with candidates to be appointed as the Company's external auditor for the 2021 and 2022 financial years, the audit process of the 2021 financial statements for the year ended 31st December 2021 could not be completed by the external auditor so the Company needs to extend the submission date of the financial statements for the six-month period ended 30th June 2022 of the Company. The Company will try to submit the aforementioned financial statements as soon as possible. However, if there is any update, the Company will inform immediately.
