Green Globe International, Inc. (OTCPK:GGII) acquired operational assets of BestnPet, Inc. (OTCPK:BPET) on November 9, 2018. As part of this transaction, GGII sold its interest in Green Globe, Ltd. to prior management and BestNPet’s shareholders and creditors obtained 80% control of GGII through a transfer of preferred stock. GGII obtained the balance of BestNPet’s assets in connection with a reorganization of BestNPet. GGII’s shareholders consented to the appointment of Tom Elafros as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer and Michele Sheriff and Ken Weidrich as Directors.

Green Globe International, Inc., through its subsidiary, Hempacco Co., is engaged in the manufacturing of hemp smokables for other hemp/cannabidiol (CBD) related businesses (white labeling), as well as promotion of its own brand, The Real Stuff. The Company, through its subsidiary, Hempbox Vending, Inc., sells and leases vending kiosks for the distribution of CBD and hemp products. The Companyâs vending owns approximately 585 kiosks.
