Green Cross Corporation agreed to acquire additional 7.06% stake in ILDong Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. (KOSE:A000230) from Whanin Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. (KOSE:A016580) for KRW 14.6 billion on December 7, 2012.
Whanin will dispose 1.77 million shares. On completion, Whanin will hold 600 shares. The Board of Directors resolved the transaction on December 7, 2012.
The transaction is expected to close on December 10, 2012.
