GENERAL MEETING

ACTIVITY AT THE BEGINNING OF THE FINANCIAL YEAR

Colmar, 22 March 2024 - The General Meeting of Graines Voltz shareholders was held today at the company's head office in Colmar under the chairmanship of Mr. Serge Voltz.

The Meeting adopted all the resolutions proposed by the Board of Directors. In particular, it approved the parent company and consolidated financial statements for the 2022/2023 financial year, as well as the proposal not to distribute dividends in respect of the 2022/2023 financial year.

UPDATE ON FIRST-QUARTER BUSINESS AND OUTLOOK

Analysis of the first quarter

Graines Voltz sales for the 1st quarter of the 2023/2024 financial year (October to December), a structurally insignificant quarter due to the seasonal nature of the business, amounted to € 12.7 million, up 3.77% on the previous financial year.

Over this period, 52% of sales were generated in France, 41.6% in other European countries and 6.4% in the rest of the world. Seeds accounted for 45.4%, young plants for 50.7% and other products for 3.9% of sales.

Business outlook for 2023/2024

As first-quarter invoicing only accounts for a minor proportion of business (less than 10%) and the global environment remains uncertain, Graines Voltz is continuing to be cautious in its business forecasts and does not wish to comment on a sales target for the coming financial year.

REVISION OF THE 2024 COMMUNICATION TIMETABLE

The publication of the first-half results, initially scheduled on 28 June 2024, will finally take place on 27 June 2024.

Next event: 29 May 2024 - 1st half-year results.
