1º ADITIVO AO CONTRATO DE	1ST AMENDMENT TO INDEMNIFICATION

CONSIDERANDO QUE:		WHEREAS:

1. em 04 de julho de 2022, as Partes celebraram, por meio da plataforma digital DocuSign, o Contrato de Indenidade ("Contrato"); e
2. as Partes concordam, ratificam e aceitam a formalização do Contrato por meio da referida plataforma;

2. the Parties agree, ratify and accept the formalization of the Agreement through said platform;

RESOLVEM as Partes celebrar o presente	The Parties RESOLVE to enter into this 1st
1º Aditivo ao Contrato de Indenidade, que	Amendment to Indemnification Agreement,

1.1. As Partes concordam em aditar a 1.2. Cláusula 8ª do Contrato, com inclusão do item 8.10, conforme abaixo:

"8.10. As Partes concordam em optar pela assinatura deste Contrato (incluindo seus aditivos) em formato eletrônico por meio da plataforma digital DocuSign. Desta forma, as Partes declaram que aceitam e entendem por válida, autêntica e verdadeira a comprovação da autoria e integridade deste documento em forma eletrônica,

realizada por certificados eletrônicos não emitidos pela ICP- Brasil, nos termos do art. 10, § 2º, da MP nº 2.200-2, de tal forma que, este Contrato e seus aditivos constituem ato jurídico perfeito e eficaz enquanto declaração de vontade das Partes signatárias, nos termos do art. 219 do Código Civil."

Thus, the Parties declare they accept and understand as valid, authentic and true the proof of authorship and integrity of this document in electronic form, performed by electronic certificates not issued by ICP-Brazil, under the terms of art. 10, § 2, of the Brazilian MP No. 2.200-2, so that this Agreement and its amendments constitutes a perfect and effective legal act as a statement of will of the signing Parties, under the terms of art. 219 of the Brazilian Civil Code.'"

II - DAS DISPOSIÇÕES GERAIS			II - GENERAL PROVISIONS
