Golf & Co Ltd. (TASE:GOLF) announced a private placement of 6,819,510 common shares at ILS 5.75 per share for gross proceeds of ILS 39,212,182.5 on June 14, 2017. The transaction will include participation from Clal Insurance Company Ltd. for 2,575,665 common shares, Clal Pension And Gemel Ltd for 3,021,700 common shares, Atudot Pension Fund for Workers & Independent Workers Ltd., a fund managed by Atudot Pension Fund for Workers & Independent Workers Ltd. for 135,445 common shares, Altshuler Shaham Netz, Limited Partnership for 543,350 common shares, and Yitzhak Targan for 543,350 common shares. The securities issued are subject to hold period of six months. The allotment of shares is subject to Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange approval.
