Go Fashion (India) Limited reported earnings results for the full year ended March 31, 2022. For the full year, the company reported sales was INR 4,013.13 million compared to INR 2,506.69 million a year ago. Revenue was INR 4,221.07 million compared to INR 2,822.53 million a year ago. Net income was INR 356.01 million compared to net loss of INR 35.38 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 6.74 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of INR 0.68 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 6.74 compared to diluted loss per share from continuing operations of INR 0.68 a year ago.
Go Fashion (India) Limited is an India-based clothing apparel company. The Company is engaged in the development, design, sourcing, marketing and retailing of a range of women's bottom-wear products under the brand, Go Colors. The Companyâs bottom-wear products, including churidars, leggings, dhotis, harem pants, Patiala, palazzos, culottes, pants, trousers and jeggings, are sold across multiple categories such as ethnic wear, western wear, fusion wear, athleisure, denim, plus sizes and girlâs wear. The Company facilitates customers to shop its products by color. Its distribution channels also have large format stores (LFS) including Reliance Retail, Central, Unlimited, Family Fashion Store, Lifestyle, Globus Stores and Spencer's Retail among others. The Company also sells products through its own Website and online marketplaces and through multi-brand outlets (MBOs). The Company has approximately 503 stores across in India over 134 cities.
