GMR Power and Urban Infra Limited is an India-based holding company, which specializes in the sectors of energy, urban infrastructure and transportation. Its segments include Power; Roads; Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC), and Others. Power segment includes generation of power, transmission of power, energy and coal trading and provision of related services. It has an operating capacity of over 3020 megawatts (MW), it has a balanced fuel mix of coal, gas, LSHS as well as renewable sources of wind and solar energy. It has plants of over 1775 MW generation capacity that are under various stages of development in India and Nepal. Roads segment includes development and operations of roadways. Its transportation business is focused on surface transport projects including roads, railways, metros and airstrips/runways. EPC segment includes handling of EPC solutions in the infrastructure sector. Others segment includes urban infrastructure and other residual activities.
