GMP Property SOCIMI, S.A. (BME : YGMP) acquired remaining 90% stake in Renta Gestión from Renta Inmobiliaria for €55 million on September 7, 2015. Aguirre Newman acted as advisor to General Electric. Ernst & Young acted as financial advisor and Pérez-Llorca Abogados, S.L.P. y CÍA, S.Com.P. and J&A Garrigues, S.L.P. acted as legal advisors to GMP Property SOCIMI. Ernst & Young acted as financial, fiscal, legal and laboral due diligence provider in the transaction. Diego Armero, Victor Viana, Luis Suárez de Centim, Javier Colino and Cristina Díaz-Fraile of Uría Menéndez acted as a legal advisor to GE Real Estate.

The Company specializes in the land acquisition and management, property promotion, as well as real estate investment, development and management.
