The Company is engaged in leveraging technology to focus on vertically integrated, eco-friendly manufacturing, customer service and distribution solutions. The Company operates through two segments: Consumer and Industrial. Its Consumer segment is engaged in the processing of waste glycol into recycled glycol products, specifically automotive antifreeze, and related specialty blended antifreeze, which it sells in the automotive and industrial end markets. Its Industrial segment consists of two divisions: WEBA and RS&T. WEBA division develops, manufactures and markets additive packages for the antifreeze/coolant, gas patch coolants and heat transfer industry, throughout North America. Its RS&T division operates a 14-20 million gallons per year, ASTM E1177 EG-1, glycol re-distillation plant in West Virginia. Its products include Bottles, Antifreeze, Heat Transfer Fluid, and Windshield Washer Fluid.
