Dear Sir,

In terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would lik e to inform you that Globus Spirits Limited (GSL) has entered into an arrangement for strategic, technical, manufacturing and mark eting tie-upwith the aim to offer an integrated service to operate the plant at the envisaged rated capacity of 140 KLPD distillery asse t owned by Tilaknagar Industries Lid (TIL) localed at Shrirampur, Ahmednagar, Maharashtra (Distillery Asset).

Under this arrangement, GSL will be providing various services starting from engineering lo ongoing operations, maintenance, and marketing services. This arrangement has been made effectiv e via services agreement dated 30l June 2022.

Additional relevant information as required under the SEBI Circular dated 09.09.2015 bearing reference no. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 is provided hereunder:­
