Well Benefit International Limited entered into an agreement to acquire Global Seed Corporation (OTCPK:GLBD) in a reverse merger transaction on October 1, 2019. Well Benefit International Limited will exchange its all outstanding shares in exchange for approximately 252.9 million restricted shares of Global Seed Corporation. The transaction is subject to approval from governmental or regulatory authority.

The transaction is expect to be closed by the end of October 2019.
