Mr. Joseph Sy is a majority stockholder in Blue Eagle Elite Ventures, Inc, Ultimate Horizon Capital, Inc., and Sohoton Synergy, Inc. and has nominal shares in Great South Group Ventures, Inc. and Red Lion Fortune Group, Inc. Meanwhile, Blue Eagle Elite Ventures, Inc. is majority shareholder in Regulus Best Nickel Holdings, Inc., Alpha Centauri Fortune Group, Inc. and Bellatrix Star, Inc. Based on Mr. Sy's shareholdings on said companies, he has indirect shares of about 42.34% of the total issued and outstanding shares of FNI which is approximately 2,201,628,236 shares.

Global Ferronickel Holdings, Inc. is a holding company. The principal activities of the Company are to invest in, purchase or otherwise acquire and own, hold, use, sell, assign, transfer, mortgage, pledge, exchange, or otherwise dispose of real and personal property of every kind and description, including shares of stock and other securities or obligations of any corporation. It operates through three segments: Mining, Services and Manufacturing. The Mining segment is engaged in the exploration, mining and exploration of nickel saprolite and limonite ore. The Services segment is engaged in the chartering out of Landing Craft Transport by PCSSC to PGMC and port services rendered by SNPSI to its customers. The Manufacturing segment includes FSC, which is engaged in the manufacturing of iron steel bars and FSLC, which is engaged in holding the real properties of FSC. The Company produces two types of nickel ore, which include saprolite and limonite.
