Information on the intention to participate in the offering of Idea Bank S.A.

Getin Holding S.A. ('Issuer') reports that today, i.e. on 1 April 2015, the Issuer's Management Board has resolved that the Issuer will not sell shares in Idea Bank S.A. ('Bank') in the Bank's public offering, but intends to participate in the Bank's public offering by taking up the Bank's new shares.

Legal basis: Art. 56 (1)(1) of the Act on Public Offer and Conditions of Introducing Financial Instruments to the Organized Public Trading and Public Companies dated 29 July 2005 (J. L. No. 184, item 1382).
