Genesis Minerals Limited - 2023 Annual General Meeting Notification

Genesis Minerals Limited ('Genesis' or 'the Company', ASX: GMD) advises that its 2023 Annual General Meeting ('AGM') will be held on Monday 27 November 2023.

Further meeting details will be provided to shareholders in a separate Notice of Annual General Meeting ('AGM') to be released in due course. In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 the Company advises that the closing date for director nominations for consideration at the AGM is Monday 16 October 2023.

Company Profile

Genesis Minerals Limited is an Australia-based gold exploration and mine development company. The principal activities of the Company are processing at Mt Morgans, exploration of its 100% owned tenement packages at Laverton and Leonora and pre-development activities at the Ulysses Gold Project. Mt Morgans comprises a portfolio of open pit and underground mineral resources, a 2.9 million tons per annum (Mtpa) conventional carbon-in-leach processing plant. The Leonora Gold Project is located 30 kilometers (km) south of Leonora and 200km north of Kalgoorlie, in the Eastern Goldfields of Western Australia. The Barimaia Gold Project is in the Murchison District of Western Australia, 10 Km southeast of the Mt Magnet Gold Mine. Its Leonora operations also include Gwalia underground mine, 1.4Mtpa Leonora mill, Tower Hill project, the Zoroastrian project, and the Aphrodite and Harbour Lights refractory projects. The Company also holds Bruno-Lewis and Raeside gold tenements in Western Australia.
