Gateley Plc, the legal business of law-led professional services group Gateley, has been named as the UK legal advisor to global steel engineering organisation, Waagner-Biro Stahlbau AG.

With its HQ in Vienna, the group has more than 1,000 employees in 15 locations across Europe, the Middle East and Southeast Asia.

Waagner-Biro Stahlbau AG work on cutting-edge projects, including major international landmarks such as the dome of the Reichstag in Berlin, the roof of the British Museum, the dome of the 'Gherkin' in London, the staging and acoustics of Sydney Opera House, and the Yas Marina Hotel in Abu Dhabi (located in the middle of the Formula One track).

Gateley Plc's Construction team won the role following a competitive tender with a number of City law firms.
