Galata Investment Company AD (BUL:GTH) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 3% of its issued share capital. The shares will be repurchased at a minimum price of BGN 1 per share and a maximum price of BGN 1.90 per share.
The Board is delegated to decide upon all other matters related to the share repurchase program. The repurchases will be conducted through an investment intermediary. The program will expire after 3 years.
