Galantas Gold Corporation (TSX-V & AIM: GAL; OTCQX: GALKF) ('Galantas' or the 'Company') is pleased to announce that further to its news release dated July 18, 2023, it has filed on SEDAR+ a National Instrument 43-101 Technical Report ('NI 43-101') for an updated mineral resource estimate for the Omagh Gold Project in Northern Ireland.

The NI 43-101 Technical Report includes the main Kearney and Joshua vein systems which have been updated on the basis of 42 additional drill holes and a complete review of the previous vein wireframe interpretations.

The NI 43-101 Technical Report with an effective date of June 22, 2023, titled 'NI 43-101 Technical Report for the Mineral Resources Estimate on the Omagh Gold Project, County Tyrone, Northern Ireland', has been filed on the SEDAR+ website at www.sedarplus.ca and on the Galantas website at www.galantas.com.

The NI 43-101 Technical Report was prepared by Micon International Co Limited ('Micon'), and reviewed throughout the process and approved by Liz de Klerk, Managing Director of Micon, and a deemed 'Qualified Person' under NI 43-101.
