The call period for cash capital increase of 2021 is from 2022/05/17
to p.m.3:30 of 2022/06/17.
6.Countermeasures:
(1)The subscription rights has lost since p.m.3:30 of 2022/06/17 for
unpaid shareholders and employees during the call period.
(2)The proceeds of cash capital increase of the Company has fully
collected on 2022/05/23, and the certificates of payment has listed
in TWSE on 2022/05/26.
(3)For shareholders and employees who paid during the call period,
the shares will be deposited in the custodian account at TDCC on
2022/07/08.
(4)For shareholders and employees who has any question, please inquire
