Fujicco Co., Ltd. (TSE:2908) announced a private placement of 106,800 shares at ¥2,318 per share for gross proceeds of ¥247,562,400 on October 30, 2015. The transaction will include participation from Trust & Custody Services Bank, Ltd., Investment Arm. The transaction is expected to be closed by November 20, 2015.
