Frey: acquisition of Polygone Riviera from URW

Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) has announced that it has received a binding offer from Frey, a real estate company specializing in the development and operation of shopping centers in Europe, to acquire Polygone Riviera for a net selling price of 272.3 ME.

Polygone Riviera is a 77,100 m² shopping center (of which approximately 71,000 m² is owned by URW) located in Cagnes sur Mer (France, Nice region).

The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2023.
