TAF Retail, LLC entered into an agreement to acquire Sneakers Market S.A from Fourlis Holdings S.A. (ATSE:FOYRK) for approximately €4 million on December 30, 2022. Transtion will be finalized upon closing of the transaction at the end of February 2023, subject to any adjustments stipulated by the contract between the two parties.
Fourlis SA is a Greece-based investment holding company. Along with its subsidiaries, the Company is active in two operating segments: Retail Trading of Home Furniture and Household Goods, through the franchise of IKEA stores in Greece, Cyprus and Bulgaria; Retail Trading of Sporting Goods, through the franchise of INTERSPORT stores in Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Turkey and Romania and THE ATHLETEâS FOOT stores in Greece and Turkey.
