Dear Sirs,

First Investment Bank, in its capacity of public company and issuer, would like to inform you of the following: as collateral under Bank Loan Agreement No. 000LD-L-000847/24.11.2017 with Fraxinus Investment OOD, UIC 204556313 ("the Borrower"), First Investment Bank has concluded an agreement for pledge of company shares. The signatures of the parties to this agreement were verified by a notary under Reg. No. 4239, Book 24, Volume 2 of 05.06.2023 of Dimo Zhelyazkov, Notary with Registration No. 101 in the Registry of the Notary Chamber. The Agreement was listed in the Borrower's file in the Commercial Register of Legal Entities and Register of Non-Profit Legal Entities with the Registration Agency under No. 005. Pursuant to said agreement Ivaylo Dimitrov Mutafchiev makes in favour of First Investment Bank a registered pledge of the 19 563 (nineteen thousand five hundred and sixty-three) shares from the Borrower's capital which he owns, each with nominal value of BGN 100 (one hundred), altogether constituting 50% (fifty percent) of the Borrower's registered capital.

The pledge qualifies as a transaction with interested parties within the meaning of Article 114, Para. 2 of the Public Offering of Securities Act
