Alperia S.p.A. entered into an agreement to acquire a 90% stake in Fintel Reti Srl and Fintel Gas E Luce Srl from Fintel Energia Group S.p.A.

Alperia S.p.A. entered into an agreement to acquire a 90% stake in Fintel Reti Srl and Fintel Gas E Luce Srl from Fintel Energia Group S.p.A. on January 12, 2022. The agreement also provides for the possibility for Alperia to acquire the remaining 10% of the share capital over the next 3 years. The estimated completion date is of March 12, 2022.
