Shareholders are hereby advised that Finbond has distributed its Annual Financial Statements for the financial year ended 28 February 2022 to shareholders. The Audited Annual Financial Statements and Integrated Annual Report have been made available on www.finbond.comand remain unchanged from the audited results published by the Company on SENS on 27 May 2022.

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Finbond will be held in the form of a virtual meeting, on Friday, 29 July 2022 at 14:00, to transact the business as set out in the notice of the Annual General Meeting distributed together with the Annual Financial Statements.
