FINANCIER DE TUBIZE : Abolition of bearer securities - Notice of sale

The owners of the shares Financière de Tubize (ISIN code BE0003823409), who have presently not made themselves known, are invited to claim their rights to the securities at a branch of BNP Paribas Fortis no later than 2 March 2015. The securities of which the owners will not have made themselves known on 2 March 2015 at 24:00h (Belgian time) will be sold on the regulated market of Euronext Brussels. The sales will commence between 3 March 2015 and 15 April 2015. The maximum number of securities that can be sold, amounts to 151.233.

" §1. As from 1 January 2015 onwards, the securities admitted to trading on a regulated market and the owner of which has not made

him/herself known at the date of the sale, will be sold by the issuer on a regulated market.

The sale will take place on condition of a prior publication in the Moniteur belge / Belgisch Staatsblad and on the website of the market firm that operates the regulated market on which the securities will be sold, of a notice that includes the text of this paragraph and invites the owner to claim his/her rights to the securities. The sale cannot start until one month after the publication of the notice and must be initiated within three months after the publication.
