Financiera Credinka S.A. cancelled the acquisition of a stake in Caja Rural de Ahorro y Crédito de Quillabamba S.A.A.

Financiera Credinka S.A. (BVL:FCREDIC1) agreed to acquire a stake in Caja Rural de Ahorro y Crédito Credinka S.A. on August 31, 2015. Under the transaction, Caja Rural de Ahorro y Credito Credinka SA name will change to Caja Rural de Ahorro y Credito Nueva Vision SA. The transaction has been approved by shareholders of Financiera Credinka. Transaction is subject to SBS approval. Financiera Credinka S.A.
