With regard to current report no. 6/2017 of 2nd March 2017 on the transfer of liabilities made by financial institution, the Management Board of FERRUM S.A. (Issuer, Company) informs that on 1st March 2017 it received from Bank ING S.A. and Pragma 1 Closed-end Investment Fund Non-standardized Securitization Fund (Pragma Fund) a notice concerning Bank ING's receivables transfer to the benefit of Pragma Find, effective as of 23rd February 2017, which results in the fact that the Fund subrogated to the rights and obligations of the ING Bank resulting from the agreement concluded with the Issuer.
