With reference to the current report no. 20/2017 of 20th April 2017 and prior reports (including in particular current report no. 64/2016) concerning the debt limit agreement (Agreement) concluded between the subsidiary ZKS FERRUM S.A. (ZKS FERRUM) and Raiffeisen Bank Polska S.A. (Bank), the Management Board of FERRUM S.A. (Issuer) informs that on 11th June 2017 ZKS FERRUM received an annex to the Agreement signed by both parties.

In accordance with stipulations of the Annex the debt limit granted to ZKS FERRUM under the Agreement is defined in the amount of PLN 13.5 mio. (Limit), whereas the rules of using and repaying of individual bank products granted within the limit were stipulated as follows:

• revolving credit in PLN, USD and EUR up to the amount of PLN 5 mio. (with term of using until 30th November 2017 and repayment term until 20th July 2018);

• bank guarantees in PLN, USD and EUR up to the amount of PLN 9.5 mio. within bank guarantees with validity term not longer than 18 months and up to the amount of PLN 7 mio. within bank guarantees with validity term longer than 18 months (with term of using until 30th November 2017 and repayment term until 20th July 2022);

• operation of currency future transactions up to the amount of PLN 1 mio. (with term of using until 22nd July 2019 and repayment term until 22nd July 2019);

whereas the total amount of debt resulting from the aforementioned products cannot exceed the amount of the Limit.

The Agreement was not significantly changed in the remaining scope.
