CHANGE IN COMPOSITION OF THE BOARD AND BOARD COMMITTEES

The Board of Directors of Far East Orchard Limited (the "Board") wishes to announce that with effect from 1 January 2022:

1. Ms Ku Xian Hong and Mr Samuel Gene Rhee are appointed as Non-Executive Directors. The Board considers them to be independent for the purposes of the Listing Rules and the Code of Corporate Governance. Their appointments bring about progressive renewal of the Board and further enhances the Board's diversity.
2. Mdm Ee Choo Lin Diana is redesignated as a non-independent director and a member of the
   Remuneration Committee ("RC").
3. RC member Mr Shailesh Anand Ganu is appointed as RC Chair, and Ms Koh Kah Sek has stepped down from her role as RC member.
4. Consequent to the above changes, the composition of the Board and Board Committees is as follows:
