On and effective September 20, 2022, Carrie A. Comer separated employment with F&M Bank Corp. (the "Company") and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Farmers & Merchants Bank (the "Bank"). Ms. Comer served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company and the Bank.
