Exela Technologies, Inc. (NasdaqCM:XELA) acquired ASTERION International GmbH from BAVARIA Industries Group AG (XTRA:B8A) for 15 million on April 10, 2018. ASTERION generated sales of 60 million in 2017. Post-completion, Chief Executive Officer of ASTERION, Carsten Lind will join Exela along with his team. Trolls Andersen of Hjort acted as legal advisors for Exela. Hübner Schlösser & Cie acted as the financial advisor for BAVARIA Industries Group AG.
