• On April 5, 2024 - Initial sale under a repo transaction agreement with 15,044,825 shares at a unit price of BGN 0.65 and contract maturity - May 31, 2024 at a unit price of BGN 0.661;
• On April 5, 2024 - Initial sale under a repo transaction agreement with 2,285,715 shares at a unit price of BGN 0.875 and maturity under the contract - October 4, 2024 at a unit price of BGN 0.927.
