Euro-Med Laboratories Phil., Inc. at its regular meeting held on 21 December 2021 at 3:00 p.m. in which a quorum was present throughout, unanimously approved the declaration of cash dividend in the amount of PHP 0.015 per share from the unrestricted retained earnings of the Corporation as of 31 December 2020, to all stockholders of record as of 07 January 2022 and which shall be paid on 24 January 2022.
Euro-Med Laboratories Phil., Inc. is a Philippines-based company, which is engaged in the manufacturing of pharmaceutical products, such as large and small-volume parenteral and other solutions, inhalation, irrigation, and dialysis.
