NOTICE TO THE MARKET

Expansion of fiber-cement production capacity

Eternit S.A. - Under Court-Supervised Reorganization (B3: ETER3, "Company") hereby informs its shareholders and the market that, in line with the capital increase carried out in 2020, it moved forward with the program for modernizing its fiber-cement units, including the Manaus plant, through projects for expansion of the Goiânia and Rio de Janeiro units, as follows:

• The Goiânia unit's capacity will be increased to 25,000 tons/month, an increase of 25% from the current production, and the expansion should be concluded in early 2022;
• The Rio de Janeiro unit's capacity will be expanded to 15,000 tons/month, an increase of 15% from the current production, and the expansion should be concluded in the second half of 2021.

The Company will keep its shareholders and the market informed of further developments on the subject of this notice to the market.
