Esprinet renews the board of directors and confirms chairman Maurizio Rota

(Alliance News) - Esprinet Spa announced Wednesday that the shareholders' meeting resolved to renew the board of directors for the three-year period 2024-2026 and set the number of members at 11.

Thus, Maurizio Rota, Marco Monti, Alessandro Cattani, Angelo Miglietta, Riccardo Rota, Luigi Monti, Renata Maria Ricotti, Angela Sanarico, Angela Cossellu, Emanuela Prandelli, and Emanuela Teresa Basso Petrino were appointed. In addition, pesident Maurizio Rota was confirmed.

On Wednesday, Esprinet closed in the green by 1.7 percent at EUR5.12 per share.
