Envases Venezolanos SA is a Venezuela-based company primarily engaged in the production of metal cans and glass containers used in the industrial and food processing sectors, as well as intended for household use. The Company's products portfolio is structured in four divisions: Tin Containers, which comprises a variety of tin containers aimed at storing canned food, paints, chemicals and motor oils; Aluminum Cans, which offers a range of aluminum cans that are mainly used in the beverages industry; Glass Containers, which includes glass tableware, containers and bottles, and Containers? Lids. As of August 31, 2011, the Company also owned such subsidiaries as Envases Aragua MAV CCS, Envases Metalicos de Oriente CA, Tapas Aragua CA, Firstville Ltd, Tapas Corona SA, Inversiones MAV 2004 SRL, Suministros para Empaques, MAV SCS and Vidrios Domesticos MAVS CCS, among others.
