NOTICE TO THE MARKET
Distribution of dividends determined by ES Gás to the Company's shareholding position on June 30, 2023 referring to the obligations assumed in the acquisition of
ES Gás -
Energisa S.A. ("Energisa" or "Company"), in compliance with Article 157, paragraph 4, of Law 6,404, of December 15, 1976, as amended ("Corporate Law"), and CVM Resolution No. 44, of August 23 of 2021 ("CVM Resolution No. 44/21"), in continuity with the Material Fact disclosed on March 31, 2023 and the Notices to the Market disclosed on April 11, 2023, April 26, 2023, May 12, 2023 and July 03, 2023, informs its shareholders and the market in general that, on this date, Companhia de Gás do Espirito Santo - Es Gás ("ES Gás") paid dividends calculated on the balance sheet drawn up by ES Gás until June 30, 2023 in the amount of R$ 68,615,275.94 (sixty-eight million, six hundred and fifteen thousand, two hundred and seventy-five reais and ninety-four cents), equivalent to R$ 0.10785753472039 per common and preferred share issued by ES Gás for those shareholders with a position on June 30, in compliance with the obligations assumed in Auction Notice No. 01/2023 and in the purchase and sale agreement entered into on July 3, 2023.
Energisa reiterates its commitment to its obligations to provide appropriate information to its shareholders and to the market in general, and informs that it will keep the market and its shareholders informed in a timely and adequate manner about subsequent events related to the acquisition of ES Gás.
