EMVision Medical Devices Ltd announced a private placement of 7,454,231 common shares at a price of AUD 2.05 per share for gross proceeds of AUD 15,281,173.55 on February 28, 2024. The transaction included participation from new investor Keysight Technologies, Inc. to acquire an 8.73% shareholding in the company.
