EMCOR Group, Inc. announced that its Board of Directors has approved an increase to the company's regular
quarterly dividend to $0.25 per share from $0.18 per share. The Board expects to declare this cash dividend
starting in the second quarter of 2024.
EMCOR Group, Inc. is a specialty contractor in the United States and a provider of electrical and mechanical construction and facilities services, building services and industrial services.
