Eiko LifeSciences Limited signed the Memorandum of Understanding cum Share Purchase Agreement to acquire 5% interest in Vivacious Pharmatex Private Limited from existing shareholders cum Directors for INR 0.51 million.

Eiko LifeSciences Limited (BSE:540204) signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) cum Share Purchase Agreement to acquire 5% interest in Vivacious Pharmatex Private Limited from existing shareholders cum Directors for INR 0.51 million on March 17, 2023. Eiko LifeSciences will pay INR 0.51 million in cash. Vivacious Pharmatex has sales of INR 81.879 million, EBITDA of INR 7.224 million and PAT of 0.955 million for FY 2021- 22.

Eiko LifeSciences Limited will complete the acquisition within 10 days of signing of MOU.
