On January 10, BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds under its management, declared to the AMF that it had fallen below the 5% threshold in Edenred's capital and held 4.93% of the capital and 4.87% of the voting rights in the payment solutions group.

The American asset management behemoth states that this threshold crossing is the result of a sale of Edenred shares on the market and a reduction in the number of shares held as collateral.
