Kodak announced Dolores Kruchten will be retiring from her position as leader of Eastman Business Park (EBP) and Kodak Corporate Real Estate. Moving forward, leadership will transition to Dave Bullwinkle, Chief Financial Officer of Kodak. Dave has been a strong supporter of Eastman Business Park and the work undertaken to date. Working for Dave in the management of EBP will be Arline Liberti, Vice President, Asset and Property, EBPD and Corporate Real Estate and Tim Palmer, Vice President, Development, EBPD and Corporate Real Estate. Arline is responsible for corporate real estate contracts and properties globally for Kodak, as well as Rochester facility operations including expansions and upgrades, sales of real estate, lease management and tenant relationships. Tim is responsible for marketing and development of Kodak real estate as well as increasing activity at the Kodak Center. Tim works closely with Greater Rochester Enterprise, the Finger Lakes Regional Economic Development Council, and Empire State Development in this capacity. Dolores' last day will be November 5, 2018.
