Eastern Housing Limited is a Bangladesh-based real estate company. The Company is engaged in the purchase of land to develop the same for urban housing. The Company's segments include Apartment and Land. The Company also purchases land for construction of multi-storied apartment buildings, shopping malls and office spaces. The Company constructs multi-storied buildings on sharing basis by virtue of agreement with the owners of land. The Companyâs commercial projects include Gulshan South Avenue and Eastern Arzoo. Its residential projects include Ramna, Lalmatia, New Baily Road, Banani DOHS, Bashundhara, Shegunbagicha, Gulshan Niketan, and Banani.
