The Company's subsidiaries has completed the disposal of shareholdings
in 2 PRC subsidiaries in December 2021 with consideration at RMB365 million.
It's estimated that the consideration (approximately RMB190 million) can be
obtained from custodian account in the first quarter of 2022 for repayment
of loans from financial institution.
