Ally Company Inc. and Pine Investment Fund signed a definitive agreement to acquire 0.54% in Saehwa IMC Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A145210) from Donghwan Yoo, Haesung Chae, Mezzanine Capital Co., Ltd. and Yeongok international on January 3, 2018. As per terms, 0.15 million shares and management rights will be acquired. Under the amendment dated February 14, 2018, Saehwa IMC Co., Ltd and Aladdin Investment Fund signed major definite agreement on February 7, 2018. In a related transaction, Ally Company and and Pine Investment Fund signed a definitive agreement to acquire 13.07% stake in Saehwa IMC Co., Ltd. The Board of Directors of Saehwa IMC Co., Ltd. resolved the deal on January 3, 2018. The transaction is further resolved by the Board of Saehwa IMC Co., Ltd. on February 14, 2018.
