Dusit Thani Properties REIT Company Limited (the "Company" or the "REIT Manager"), the REIT Manager of Dusit Thani Freehold and Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust ("DREIT"), would like to inform the resolution of the Board of Directors' Meeting No. 3/2022 that approve the appointment of Mr.Voranon Asavakittimekin as Director and Managing Director of the Company to replace Mr.Sarnthor Mudhasakul. This appointment shall be effective from 1 July 2022 onwards.
