Dusit Thani Properties REIT Co., Ltd. ("The Company") as the REIT Manager of Dusit Thani Freehold and Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust ("DREIT"), would like to announce book closing date for determining the right of unitholders who are entitled to receive distribution with details as follows:

The distribution of DREIT for the operation period of 1 January 2022 - 30 June 2022 at amount of 124,512,500 THB or at the rate of 0.1750 THB per unit.

The Company shall pay the distribution to the list of unitholders which is collected by closing the unitholder book on 29 August 2022 and the payment date will be 15 September 2022.
