Domino's Pizza Enterprises Ltd (Domino's) and Leprino Foods have reached agreement on a multi-year partnership to supply cheese to Domino's stores in nine international markets over the next five years.

The deal continues to enable more than 3,800 stores owned by Domino's and its franchisee partners to offer customers hot, freshly prepared meals at an affordable price. At the same time, it will allow greater investment in food technology to develop cheese that is tastier, stretchier and better for the planet.

Leprino Foods is a global leader in mozzarella cheese and dairy nutrition products and will deliver Domino's cheese for more than 260 million pizzas and other menu offerings each year, from world-class production facilities into Europe and the Asia-Pacific.

In announcing the new partnership, Domino's Pizza Enterprises Ltd Group CEO Don Meij said the new agreement was a reflection of the strength of the partnership over more than 12 years.

"Leprino's ability to consistently supply a world-class product and innovation throughout changing global conditions, whether supply chain issues related to global shipping, changing commodity prices, and even drought affecting local markets, has allowed us to continue to serve our customers in all of our communities.

"We are excited about the next phase of this partnership, which will continue to deliver meaningful value for our stores, and especially for our franchisee partners who are local small business owners reinvesting back into their local neighbourhoods."
